Get Involved
ESL (English as a Second Language)
These are free classes for anyone in the community who is learning English as a second language. We have beginner and intermediate classes that meet on Wednesdays from 6-8pm in Building B at Abba's House. (Resumes in the fall)
Kairos Prison Ministry
Kairos Prison Ministry International, Inc. (Kairos) is a lay-led, interdenominational Christian ministry in which men and women volunteers bring Christ's love and forgiveness to prisoners and their families. The Kairos programs take the participants on a journey that demonstrates the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ. Kairos Prison Ministry is Christian in nature, although no religious affiliation is necessary to be a participant. The Kairos programs take the participants on a journey that demonstrates the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ. The programs involve a structured model that includes the weekend experience, followed by guests or participants gathering regularly for accountability, support, and prayer.

Operation Christmas Child
We collaborate with Samaritan’s Purse at Christmas time to provide gift-filled shoeboxes for at-need children.
Prison Prevention Ministries
They are a PREVENTION Ministry focusing on PREVENTING inmates from returning to prison and PREVENTING youth from going to prison through a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Gospel. Love's Arm began ministering love in grace and mercy to persons in addiction related prostitution working the streets of Chattanooga in 2005. After thirteen years now, the dream to have a home for them came to a reality. Rahab’s Rest is a 24-month cost free holistic recovery home for women with disabilities exiting addiction, prostitution and trafficking. Rahab’s Rest was established in partnership with Thistle Farms in Nashville modeling their Magdalene House program of cost free housing in Chattanooga, TN with a justice enterprise model of employment and sustainability for residents. Love's Arm serves in the Thistle Farms National Sister Network with over 60 organizations throughout America.

InZone
The InZone program is designed to respond to the emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and educational needs of youth ages 10-14. The InZone program provides tutoring, mentoring, individual and family counseling, adventure-based activities, along with an array of other interventions and supports to help each and every child and family navigate the challenges of life. Each program participant will be assigned a case manager that will work with the student and his or her family to develop a wrap-around services plan to address the unique and individual needs each participant may present with.
